Does health insurance cover Lipo?? (actual reason)?

I have these large fat pockets on the inside of my thighs. No, my thighs are not fat. I am 19, 5' 4" and weigh about 128lbs. Anyways, when i was about 6 my parents took me to the doctor because i have these abnormally large pockets on the inside of my thighs. And they stand out a lot because my thighs are fairly skinny, and then i have these pockets sticking out. almost like tennis balls. The doctor told my parents that its caused by an abnormality from formation before birth, and that the only way i would ever be able to get rid of these pockets is to get plastic surgery (lipo). Do you think my health insurance would pay for it?? I mean, it's not like im a lazy person who doesn't exercise. I just have literally no other way of getting rid of them. Insurance has got to cover that, right? If not, does anyone ave any ideas on how i could get rid of them?
Thanks for the help.
My insurance is not through my work..for whoever made a comment about that.
I am still on my parents insurance and we have GREAT health insurance; as my dad makes medicine.
