I like this guy and he used to flirt, help me with my work, have reasons to touch me and stare at me. I did something to upset him two weeks after we went out on a second date. On both dates I didn't ask him whether he liked me cos it was obvious he liked me by his body language. Now, I ignore him and start talking to him as friends and the flirting, touching and helping me out stopped. All I get is stares, and he asks close ended questions like "is this how you spell your name" or "you think it's busy today at work?" or "you don't think it's busy today at work?" (as we work in a restaurant. I asked him where my supervisor was and he replied "she's not here, what is it you can talk to me" I just replied "I need to talk to her" and he said "Oh you need to talk to her specifically" and then 10 minutes later he asked me whether or not I spoke to her. Everytime I talk to him he goes red and when I was teasing him he'd get embarassed". Everytime, I stare at him from across the room, his best friend whispers in his ear and looks at me, everytime his friend finds out information about me, he'll start whispering into my crush's ear. This is the time after I said something to upset him.
I want to see him again and ask him out but I'm not too sure now whether he likes me. Shall I wait for him to ask me this time? He's very shy and his friends have said he's not interested in me. It's so confusing.
