Does he love me or just want to have sex?

I met this guy about a month ago with a aquaintence of mine at the bar. He ended up with my aquaintence that night. I kinda knew he was into me but y go with my friend then? Well he then got my number and started calling me and saying he liked me and he made a mistake for being with my friend and the whole time he was with her he thought of me..I then started dating him i have been to visit him a few times and we talked and made out but nothing sexual. I made it clear to him that i will not have sex with him untill i know him, and he accepts that and understands. Well now he is talking about family and future with me and my kids. I think i love him and he always calls me and sends me texts that he loves me , he takes responsibility for his behaviors. I CANT SEE HIM ALL THE TIME SINCE HE WORKS SO MUCH, BUT I NEED TO KNOW IF HE IS WORTH PUSUING HIM OR NOT......feel free to ask me any questions if u want to
