My 14 year old cousin is extremely insecure...She's American born but has Jamaican Trini and St. Vincent in her blood...She feels depressed when her friends dance because she can't wine crazy like them...She can wine but when she sees them, she worries too much about how she looks and ends up looking stupid...
My real question is what can I do to help her? I know you might say that I should tell her to forget about them but she really won't. I could teach her how to dance but i only see her a couple times a year because she lives in NY.
