This was an interesting issue brought up in the latest Penn-GSP documentary. Personally I think its a myth. On Sports Science on FSN, they used boxer Chris Byrd to test this. They put him through some physical tests, noted his scores, then sent him to a hotel to have sex with his wife that night. The very next morning, they tested him again and his performance was off the charts and far superior to the day before. Of course, he might just be an exception. What's your take on this "no sex before fighting" theory? Do you have personal experience with this?
