does having a lot of muscle stunt growth?

all people that i know that have a lot of muscle i mean balls of biceps and 6-8 packs are pretty short and i don't even think they lift weights or anything just workout and i plan to get a six pack and biceps/triceps this summer and i do nopt want to risk any stunted growth because my family is already pretty short and i dont want to be like my brother,5'4. so if it does,what are exercise that keep me fit but not bulky
