Does good neck/back posture get easier?

I've had bad posture for a while now, and my teacher just brought it up to me (never realized it before). Generally, my neck would be perched forward and my shoulders would be sluggish.

I can get into good posture, and I've been trying to keep it for the past two/three days. It goes good in the morning and day (although sometimes i forget), when i bring my shoulders up and neck back it feels good and natural.

But towards the afternoon/night my neck feels really tired and uncomfortable, and it feels like i'm trying too hard or something.

Is my neck just adjusting? Will having good posture become normal and feel natural eventually?
When i "relax" everything (neck) feels comfortable but my posture becomes horrible.. will this change eventually?
