Does God judge the mentally ill?

I have a cousin who is bipolar and has ADHD and has an IQ of like a 12 year old.

Mental and physical disabilities are an unfortunate side effect of the Fall.

However, like small children and infants, God forgives the innocent of heart. This group includes the mentally impaired.

ofcourse he does, they are still accountable for their actions. Being crazy isnt an excuse for poor behavior. Spare the rod spoil the child I say is what my grandmother always said. Read the bible and spank the children. Its the American dream.

yeah, that is confusing, because what if their mental illness makes them do bad things sometimes? well if god is a forgiving god like he says then im sure he will have a bit more pitty on them.

I believe that such people are not capable of understanding sin and thus never reach an age of accountability.
