Does getting your belly button pierced hurt more then having an injection/blood test?

I know these are both different parts of your body (unless for some reason a doctor is sticking a needle into your stomach...) But i want to get my belly button pierced and i want something to compare the pain with...so which would you rate more painful? (belly button, needle) Please rate both in terms of pain..

i don't find needles that painful if that is any help...although i forgot they use big thick ones for belly button piercings ugh :(
 
yes the pain is much worse but at the same time it's easier because you know it'll look good and that you want it. i've got a ton of tattoos as well and i still hate blood tests!!!
 
Oh, it would hurt much more to get your belly button pierced. They use a large needle to go through the skin. A blood test is nothing more than a poke. The needle doesn't go all the way through. I never had my belly button pierced, but I had my nipple done. It was SHEER HELL!
 
well, if you've ever gotton your ears peirced, it feels just like that.
&if it was between needles err bellybutton, i would have to say needles hurt more. cause when you get your belly button peirced it's like done in 5 seconds.
when you get needles injected in you, you have the pain of it all the time for like 25 seconds.
 
On a scale of 1-10, belly button is a 4.5 and having blood test or an injection is a 1. That's how it is for me, anyway. Belly button piercings don't really hurt that bad.
