Every time I go into GameStop or receive an email or special offer for the store, they seem to push pre-owned games more than the more expensive new games. Is this due to their profit margins being greater in used games than in new ones? Or do they just push them because the lower price will probably draw more customers?
I've never been interested in buying pre-owned games, since I'm alway wary of any damage that may have come to the discs, plus now many new games are shipped with incentives such as free DLC with your purchase that used game players would need to pay for separately.
