Does Ford still make good on the paint warranty?

i have a 1990 F150- i bought it recently, and it has the ol' defective paint problem. (where the color and clear coat didn't adhere to the primer, causing HUGE bubbles all over, and flaking) some time ago i had heard that for a small fee, Ford would redo the paint job.
the truck is in good condition as far as rust, etc goes, and i don't mind doing my own prep work to fix a few little dings, remove trim, etc.
is Ford still offering this discounted spray job?
KB- in response to your "answer"
no, they aren't rust forming underneath, any moron can see that- the paint has separated completely from the primer and fallen off in sheets. rust perforation/scale looks NOTHING like defective paint.

in the early 90's Ford recalled the paint on those trucks - it's an actual defect. for a while they were painting them for free, but up until a couple years ago they were painting them for a reduced fee (like $75)

so, i'm wondering why you're answering when you don't even know about this recall to begin with? i posted the Q in this section (mistakenly) thinking that i'd get replies from people who know more about Fords than me!
