I'm on a diet control.At first,I decided to be fully vegetarian for a week,but my mom is forcing me to have fishes.I know fishes have protein,but do they contain fat or affect ur figure anyway?
Most low fat diets recommend lots of fish. It depends on what kind of fish it is, but most fish have very little fat. Of course, the fish has to be baked or broiled and not fried.
