i'm currently living outside of the U.S with my mom. i'm a citizen and from california. i'm going to move back to california to attend college. but my parents are really poor so it's not like they can pay for my rent for a couple of months until i find a job to pay for it myself.. can financial aid pay for my rent/utilities for a couple of months while i look for a job???. otherwise, i have no idea how i'm going to move back..i don't have anyone to live with..
