The majority of the books which I have read were fictional/fantasy genres. I'm writing a book in the same genre and recently I've been researching what is necessary for a decent fiction story. I've noticed that I've already incorporated many of the necessary elements in the amount of the story I've already written.
Does fiction writing come that easily to others or would my vast reading of fantasy/fiction novels be the reason I was able to automatically put many of these necessary elements into my story without being told?
