...I foolish to think it does? In my experience I have seen that kids from poorer neighborhoods tend to do bad on Standardized tests and IQ tests while kids from rich neighborhoods do well on them. Now on the same side a lot of the richer kids tend to display the ability to pick up on stuff faster because their brains are more trained at an early age. Anyways I am not the expert on this subject but does environment have any significant affect on a person's IQ or intelligence?
