Does Einstein's the theory of relativity count as metaphysics becoming physics proper?

and if not. Has there ever been any examples through history of this happening ;)
 
einstein's theory of relativity is a very complex one
even einstein said that very few people in te world will understand this theory
its counted partly in metaphysics and partly in astrophysicscs
