Does Eastern Washington University have apartments for college students?

Do they only have campus apartments for married students and students with kids? I would like to know because I do not want to be staying in the dorms for my college experience, expect for my freshmen, maybe sophomore year. Anyone with information, thanks. I will be a freshmen in the fall of 2010.
