I use to have big ears when I was younger and now I have normal size ears.
Also, does is true that the nose and ears never stop growing?

I think ears and noses can change shape - they're made of cartilage which, like cartilage in an arthritic knee, can become inflamed or worn away.
I've heard that ears and noses continue to grow but I think it's just an old wives tale.
It might look like the nose is "growing" because we get older, often heavier, our skin sags and loses it shape. I have a scar I got as a kid at the bridge (between my eyes) of my nose, 30+ years later and that same scar has slid down about a inch and a half, I can almost see it if I cross my eyes!
