Track and field is in little less than a week away. I've been doing squat thrusts and squats at home for about a day already and I'm wondering if it helps me sprint faster. I'm doing 100M and 200M.
I'm going out soon to practice on the field to sprint actually, but when I can't go outside, will doing the squat thrusts and squats help me?
Please give other suggestions too for what can help me sprint faster in 100M and 200M.
