I'm a 16 year old sophomore and I do track and field. The events I do are the 100m, 200m, 4x100, and the 110 hurdles. My coaches say that I should stick with the 100 meters because I'm better at it and that if i continue doing hurdles it will end up hurting my sprints. I run an 11.7 for my 100m time and I am just curious to as whether doing hurdles will hurt my sprints. Help me!!!
