Does DIC Really Still Operate as a Separate Division?

I was watching KEWLopolis on CBS, and I had noticed that during the closing credits of every (and I mean EVERY) show, all of the DIC logos were replaced by "Cookie Jar" logos.

I sent DIC an e-mail about this, but I would like to hear everyone else's take on this as well. I know the two companies merged and all (I even understand that there werer mass layoffs at DIC), but is DIC really still a separate company, or has it been completely absorbed into Cookie Jar? If it's the latter, then wouldn't that mean that Cookie Jar bought them outright?

In any case, I REALLY hope that future reruns of DIC classics (Inspector Gadget and the like) don't start showing the Cookie Jar logo. That would be a betrayal of both DIC's history as well as its legacy.

I wouldn't say they don't exist, but yeah Cookie Jar bought out DiC about a month or two ago.

Though, I didn't hear anything about Cookie Jar dissolving the DiC name.

Glad CBS Kewlopolis shows now have Cookie Jar production rather than DIC production, but Caillou and Marc Brown's Arthur stay on PBS Kids and Doodlebops stay on Playhouse Disney and Will and Dewitt stays on CW 4 Kids.

If CW 4 Kids drops Will and Dewitt: Will CBS pick it up for its Kewlopolis block? Hope it even picks up Magi-Nation, Johnny Test, Spider Riders, and/or World of Quest (all previously aired on Kids WB/CW 4 Kids).
