I have been out of work for a while now and my unemployment benefits have officially ended, meaning, no more extensions, I have constantly told Chrysler that I am out of work and I have been making payments while I was receiving unemployment and yet they only tell me to get a job which they know is very hard to do right now, so far it does not appear that I would have a job anytime soon, so that is unknown at this time. Now what do I do now? Would I have to let the vehicle go to repo? i have only 12 payments remaining from 60 payments to begin with. How do I get these people to work with me until I find a job? They only hound me for more money, since I have been unemployed they have also jacked up the interest rate.
Does Chrysler Financial work with their customers who are unemployed?
