Does chaning plan affect my contact?

since I just turned 18, my parents gave me my first bill. fml.

so i decided to downgrade from Myfaves 600Mintues to
individual 300 minutes.. will this change affect my contract?

I'm not on TMO, but just downgrading should not affect your contract. You are just required to keep service on your line for the contractual amount of time, probably a two year agreement. Welcome to rabroad.

Not completely true ealvnv it depends if you are switching to a promotional plan or not. Your best bet would be to ask the rep when they are changng your plan if this will effect your contract. Myfaves plans used to be concidered promotional plans and if they still do consider them like that it will add 1 year to your service agreement from the day of the switch. To be safe just ask the rep they will tell you either way.
