So I just got a new bike and it actually has gears on it! My other one didnt..
So I'm like in love with being able to change the gears to make pedaling easier.
But I'm riding my bike for exercise. So if I'm changing the gears does that burn less calories?
I mean, your still pushing yourself and the bike forward, so why would it burn less calories?
