Does Casper WY have a Green River Ordinance?

We have a vaccuum salesman in our living room right now, it's sunday night at 7:30pm, my boyfriend let him in, but I'm not comfortable with this, and I thought that there was a law against door to door sales without prior notice... I looked it up and there is such an Ordinance, but I can't find if Casper WY has it...
