Does Busch Gardens In Tampa Have Fast Passes?

i want to get on the rides faster just in case they are long....we are going on May 1st 2009...so will there be long lines like in july and stuff? Any advice on what rides to go on first? What rides to avoid? this is my first time so....im kind of lost.
