DOES blood results can high eosinophils if you got gerd

I have acid reflux, and I also have high eosinophil levels in my esophagus. My eosinophil levels were diagnosed by a bioposy performed during an upper endoscopy. I believe that eosinophil levels in the blood are totally different.
