Does Biology require alot of math?

Yes. You would need to know some mathematics that are brought by chemistry, so that you can equate chemical equations. I remember there are equations in order to calculate oxygen intake and outtake in the lungs of a breathing organism...

Usually, though, biology is memory-work.

i want to do biochemistry when i'm older, and i need chemistry and biology, they don't depend a lot on maths unless you're reading graphs and recording data.
i'm not brilliant at maths and have noticed that some post graduate courses take physics instead of maths ?
so maybe this might help if you're better at physics?

Yes, biology does require math. I am a biology major, and i am required to take calculus. It depends on how competitive your program is. For example, i want to do pre-med and i have to take up to calculus II in biology major.
 
Hardly any at all. The only time my class ever discussed number was when talking about chromosomes and cell respiration only the latter actually involved actually doing math and was very basic. Any math will be simple, few and far between.
 
Okay well if you want a science degree including biology you have to complete first year calculus. In addition to that you will be required to take some sort of statistics course. I do not think you will be required to do a lot of difficult math however I'm sure some math will come up.
