The bio-load you have there is very rather light for a 55 gallon. If you carry over all your stuff from the 7 gallon plus the original wet gravel, I believe the amount of hosting bacteria should be enough to jump start the cycling process. The only problem is that the origin gravel would cloud the water initially, but a day of 2 of filtration will solve that problem.
"I would go 25% a week initially with gravel vacuuming, reason is there will be alot of scum that is brought along with the original gravel and during the move I would believe they would have been disturbed, so it also will be leaching ammonia for awhile until they are settled down." This is someones answer to my previous question, does it mean I need more or less fish
EDIT: For the CYCLE do I need more or less?
