Ok, just to tell you the basics, im 12 and im using my older sisters account but I just wanted to know if biking can help me get skinnier thighs? Yes, im healthy but I just want to lose my thick thighs that I dont want because i dont look good in short-shorts,swim suits, skinny jeans. I live in a neighborhood with no hills for your info. Any answer would be great. Any thing helpfulcause every time I look around in school all the girls have skinny, lean, and some are even toned! I just feel like an odd ball. :(
I need more than 4 answers!! And I want lean muscles not those bulky ones

Cycling is a good way to lose weight and tone your legs and butt. It's a cardiovascular exercise you you cant get big muscles from doing it. You want to start with an easy 10 min warm up and then start pedaling at 70-90 rpm's in a gear that is easy but gets your breathing where you can still talk but not sing. If you legs start to burn drop a gear or two and keep going. You want to work your way up to a hour or more every day. You will get faster results by cutting out anything with sugar or fast food. It's a lot easier to reduce your food intake then try to burn it off with exercise. If you get real hungry go for a good bike ride.
