Does biking help fat loss on the legs?
Does it reduce the fat, increase the muscle, both, neither or something else?
What I'm trying to say is...can I lose leg and butt fat and make them thinner by biking, or will they get bigger due to building muscle and THEN get smaller?
If neither, I'm just looking for some good exercise (besides lunges and stuff) to get my lower half, including hips, thinner.
Did try walking, didn't work.
And I really can't be bothered with herbal products like acai berry, it won't work for me because I don't believe in it ever since watching House. Generally if you don't believe in something it doesn't work.
