Does bike riding make you loose belly fat...?

I'd like to be able to be a 5 again. I'm a 7 now. Will i be able to loose the fat around my tummy if i bike ride 1-2 miles a day?

(plus doing 100 crunches a night)

No exercise can make you lose fat in any specific area. You want to do some ab-specific exercises to regain muscle tone in that area.

But that being said, cycling is a great low-impact cardio workout and it's a great way to burn calories.
 
You would be better off walking 1-2 miles, cycling that distance wont do much. You can not spot reduce but any exercise will help along with a good diet. Drinking one less can of pop will do more the a 3 mile bike ride. You want to ride you bike for an hour a day and at a decent pace to really lose weight.
