Does bad posture cause ab workouts to hurt lower back?

i have a bad posture when sitting down. and whenever i try to do ab workouts, my lower back kills me before i can fell anything in the abs area. i am currently tryig to fix my posture. so is the back pain hurting when im doing ab workouts do to my bad posture? will the pain go away when i keep my good posture? i am 17 and the back pain continued for maybe 2~3 years. thanks for the help
 
Pinched muscles in your back are causing the pain and when you go to work out there is direct pressure on the muscles to make them go into pain so easily. Freeing up your back muscles will get this to stop happening so you can do the exercises you want to and here's how to free them up:
Back:
(do from a sitting position)
Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder, fingers over the back and the palm in the front and firmly pull down on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.
