Does Apple iPhone plays FM Radio if we connect the Apple iPod FM Remote ?

I wanna know does iPhone play FM Radio When connected to Apple's iPod FM Remote. It should play FM Radio via iPod application in iPhone. If anyone know the answer please do reply
