I'm thinking about getting a macbook pro before i move off to college next fall, and I'd like to know whether or not the machine can be upgraded. I think it voids the warranty if you open it yourself, but if you take it to an apple store, will they upgrade the hardware for you? The reason I'm wondering is because I want this laptop to be my primary gaming device for a few years so i won't need a gaming console.
