Does apple charge shipping and tax over the phone?

Im going to buy a macbook from apple.com and Im paying for it off of an apple gift card. I want to put on the same amount it said online. All my things would come out to 1395 and I was wondering if I could put that amount exactly on the card or more if they charge for tax and shipping
