Does anyone think these types of games are over hyped?

Does anyone think they over hype games where a former player who left in bad graces or signed with a rival comes back to play their old team? I'm talking about when Jay Cutler came back to Denver as the Bears QB, when TO came back to Philly as a Cowboy, when Favre came back to play the Packers as a Viking, Eli played his first game in San Diego after saying he didn't wanna play for the Chargers in 04.

I think it's way too much hype for nothing that special. They talk about these games ALL week. The media and everyone treats the games like something outrageous is going to happen. "I could only imagine what they're going to do at that game!" and "It's gonna be crazy there!"....when all they really do is ...boo loudly? Big deal. now, You'd think with the way they hype these games like they did this year when Favre signed with the Vikings, "circle the game at the Packers" that the fans are gonna throw bottles or something. I know it's foolish to do such a thing, but the way the games are hyped you'd think something hostel is gonna happen.

Does anyone else think these types of games are way over done and they make it much more than it is? Booing a player doesn't really mean anything. of course security plays a big part in calming down the behavior. but you would think something a little more out of control would happen.
