one album, maybe 2 singles.? The lead singer was addicted to drugs (that's unusual!) he was short and had wild brown hair that didn't look like he brushed it. I think that they were from Australia and that their name started with a "V". I know that its not "The Verve" or the "The Verve Pipe". Help please if you can.
