The book is called "The Window' and the premise of the story is a girl (I cannot remember her name) goes on this ski trip. She is supposed to go with her best friend but she(the friend) comes down with the flu or something, and all these other people that this girl is going to go on the trip with are her friend's friends and she doesn't really know them, but the girl's friend talks her into going anyway; saying she'll have a good time.
Anyway not long after she is there she ends up twisting her ankle and ends up having to spend the rest of the trip in the cabin. While she's there, the cabin has these huge windows and she can see into the cabin across the way from her and she sees the girl that's staying in that cabin get murdered from the window and the killer sees her watching. And now the killer is coming for her. One of the guy's that's on the trip ends up falling for her and (I think) he saves her from the killer which turns out to be the twin sister of another one of the guys' that is on the ski trip with them.
Does any of this sound familiar to anyone? I read the book when I was fourteen, (I had to talk my teacher into letting me do my book report on this because there is a few murders and it's not really fourteen appropriate, but she let me do it anyway) and now I can't find the book and for some reason I want to read it again, but I can't find it in a bookstore, or online because it appears that there are a lot of books with the same title, but not the same premise. If anyone can remember the author, it will be really appreciated. Thanks in advance to whomever can help! : )
