Does anyone remember a b-rated horror film back in the late 80's early 90's where a

family is camping or lost ? in the woods and it gets foggy and creatures come after them and want them to eat green stuff so they either die or become monsters themselves?
If so, I'd love to know the title. I remember renting it from Blockbuster every weekend when I was little but I can't remember what it was and they don't carry it anymore.
