does anyone recommend this book "Make Me Grow Taller"?

Okay i've researched on how to grow faster naturally, i found this site where it recommend me to read this book and follow the guidelines, it said that you can get 4inches in 4 weeks! obv i was sooo amazed by that, i thought i'll get some opinions before i get this book.

Yes, i'm having some height problems, i'm 16 and female, i want to grow taller around 5ft 10in, but my current height is 5ft 4in, i know i'm aiming for a big number but please help me!

i don't know if this book will work but never give up trying. before that i'd like to know what you think, if anyone has read this book before, please tell me if it works.
