i remember hearing them a looong time ago, but what i remember goes like this..

eyes wide open
eyes wide open
just to see what you see
keep your shoes out
& i'll tie 'em up so tight
i'll walk a million miles just to see what you see

anyway.. it was played by a guy on guitar, kind of a john mayer-y style. i think its probably an original.. but if anyone has heard it before that would be interesting.
