does anyone own an ab lounge?

my boyfriend just got one off craigs list and we picked it up today, we're wondering if anyone owns one and if they know any effective excercises to try out..and does it REALLY work??? even tho we already paid for it. eh it was cheap....
 
no used the one for a couple weeks at the gym and nothing. sorry. I guess it is GREAT if you are way out of shape though.
 
As long as you keep to it an do it at least 3 times a week then yeah they work great...
