Does anyone know why Yahoo Spam Mail is sending mail ahead of date due? ?

Example: Today is 12/22/08 and I am getting mail for 1/4/09.
This drives me nuts cause is not the right date, also why are we getting hour instead of date receive?
 
ive gotten messages for 2039. i just set it all as spam and don't open it, i can't figure out why the date is wrong. all the messages i get that are wrong are from yahoo groups im in,
