Does anyone know why my RockBand 2 instruments have stopped working with Guitar

Hero World tour game? I have recently tried using my Rock band 2 instruments for the Guitar Hero world tour game on PS3... they used to work now when i plug everything in it is only picking up on the microphone... help!
