Car mileage 130000, fan blows cold air when idle or when driving below 50mph. But it works fine when driving above 50mph. Changed air hoses, I was suggested by the dealer to change the whole heating system (costs around 1500). I don't want to spend that much to fix the heating system. does anyone know if this is a quick fix?
