Does anyone know who to make bluetooth connect to a mobile phone?

I have a bluetooth dongle on my computer which is all installed and working. I have gone into my phone settings and enabled my bluetooth and connected to the computer. The problem lies in that I cannot connect to the computer now when I want to transfer files across. It says it has not found a bluetooth device even though its already connected via my bluetooth settings!!!

HELP! I'm getting bloomin cross with the effin thing.
