Does anyone know where I can get HTML code to get subscribers?

I need a html code to gain subscribers on an internet site I am currently building in Dreamweaver. Only need it to gain name and email address and to press a button that emails it directly to my inbox.

Can Anyone help?
 
Are you talking about the HTML code for the form? Because that's not too difficult, but if you want the code to format what they type in and then send it to you, you're going to need to use a PHP script. It is a few steps above HTML, but you can google "PHP mail script" and get quite a few prebuilt scripts free to use.
