Does anyone know when the financial Aid Award letters from Solano Community...

...College (Fairfield, CA) are going? to go out in the mail. This is the award letter for the 2009-10 school year. I'm just curious because school starts on August 17 but I have not received any letter and I've gone online but no info so I'm sure if I can take the classes without the funds.
