Does anyone know what's in the TN driving test?

I'm a new resident in Nashville, Tennessee. I need to take the road test. I heard it was all right turns around the block. Is this true? Or will I have a shock on the day and have the examiner make me do all kinds of reverse moves and left turns at busy times. I can already drive, but I have a phobia of tests and tend to make silly mistakes.
 
It really depends on which teacher or instructor you get. But generally it isn't really that bad but is not as easy as a couple turns around the block.
